If you have any issues with your policy, you can approach the company’s local office and register a complaint with them. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by them, you can contact the insurers Grievance Redressal Cell.

If your complaint is not fully attended within 15 days, ou can approach IRDA’s Integrated Grievance Management System (IGMS).

    my urn no. has not been cancelling by Reliance Life and pan no. BQHPS9706H is not been releasing by the company whether I have resigned in January 2014. What should I do?
